DEFECTIVE COLOUR TV

I had purchased a 21 inch 1200Watts Hyundai Colour Telivision in August. The Set has sound defects from th Beginning. The cabinet has got no capacity to take the viberation of in build woofer system. Several times (7 times) the set has gone out of order. But no company technician could repair the same. The franchise takes 7-10days to attend the call. Several times i have written to Company without any response from their side.
