How Safe Your Hyundai Getz Car???

I have purchased a Sedan Model from Hyundai, the brand name is Hyundai GETZ. The car was running quite ok, for more than 1.5 years. But, recently i had to face a big problem with the car when i started the Engine. Big Fire broke out from the engine side and vanished all electrical accessories and A/C unit etc. which cost about 1, 45000 INR ($2900). I have informed and complained against this fault to Hyundai Regional office, Chennai, India, but i have not received any compensation or replacement of the car so far.
