Dear sir / Madam
I have admited My vehicle (having Registration number MH-04-DJ-4453) ON 03-10-09 at shreenath Hyundai for Poor average & Pick up. They have identified problem on 05-10-09 and the problem is failure of Electronic Control Module and till date they are not confirming when it will be available
I am daily doing follow up with them, but they are not giving me satisfactory answer or any other alternative. I have requested them to provide me courtesy vehicle for my daily traveling to Office. They say vehicle is not available. After that i have told them to I am arranging vehicle for that you have to bear the cost (Rs.1800 per day), but as usual no reply or they are not confirming acceptance of my daily expenses
Whenever I am talking to Customer care, std answer is, We escalated your complaint is higher level but till date I have not recd any communication from higher level
