Front wheel Jam and Very low average

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased hyundai Getz prime No. HR51-Y-8838 from your authorised dealer FX in Faridabad on 1st June there is a measure problem in my car that during running time suddenly its break pad and front wheels gets Jam which may cause the accident any time on road. To rectify this problem I have sent my car to FX for repairing so many times (All the documents available with me) but the problem is not resolved and because of this problem, may be the wheels remain tight every time thats why my car average is only 11-12 Km/Ltr. Being a such reputed company product (Hyundai), its very shamefull that your dealers are not able to rectify such type of serious problem. First time I have used the Hyudai product and I feel very disappointed and ashamed on my dicision to take the Hyudai proudct. You are requested to take necessary action on this matter immediately otherwise I have no other option to take this matter on consumer forum. your reply is awaited.
