Asking for documents again and again.which i submited 2 months ago and having the reciept

I AM consumer of airtel . i was using the airtel network services from in june company gve me a call asking for my documents again. I submitted the documents at the airtel office MALL ROAD and they give me a reciept and told me that if there comes a call from airtel you must show this SERIAL NO. which was on the receipt copy. after 2 months there comes a call asking for the same documents which i already submitted.
