Front wheel Jam & low average

Sir/Madam,

I had purchased Hyudai Getz Prime No. HR51-Y-8838 from Hyudai authorised dealer FX Faridabad on 1st June I am facing a very serious problem in my car that the break pad and front wheel gets suddenly Jam during running time which may cause the serious accident any time. I have sent my car in Hyundai dealers workshop for repairing so many times but the problem is not resolved (All the documents are available with me). Also the car average is very low of 11-12 Km/ltr becz the wheels rotation is not smooth. Now I have no option to take this matter on consumer forum. Kindly suggest.
