Hyundai i10
Very poor servise and cheatin with gurantee

Hi,

Am a customer of yours. I have taken an i10 from your dealer Hilton motors (Trivandrum, Kerala). My car was having knocking problems from the second day of delivery. I have met the dealer to resolve the same. They have done some temporary mechanical corrections. But the same problem continued. And now after completing my all free services they are saying the knocking is due to clutch problems and need to be changed. I have been using all brand cars for the past three years, and never experienced such damage with in two days of usage. More over I have helped your dealer in sales. Have referred 10 cases even in this crisis situation, and all were converted. My warranty period is not over and I want this problem to be resolved at the earliest. This kind of worst service will very badly affect your reputation. Expecting to have more control and supervision over your dealers.
