Elctrical complaint

On dated 06-9-09 our hyderbad (Tarbund) work shop has send person for 3rd and final service.i had told to check my fog lights which is not functioning because of loose wiring from 2nd servicing. which we had given in writing to the work shop driver he confirmed that he will take care of all problems and he will resolve. while delivering the car they had not eolved the issue, only they had changed the oil and they did shampoo wash nothing else.

kindly look into the matter, a nd kindly suggest us how to solve the problem
