Loyalty bonus not paid as promised

I bought i10 from Kundan Motors, Chinchwad with down payment on 12th Jan in exchange of my Maruti Zen. At that time I was promised loyalty bonus of Rs. 7500 within 90 days. However it is September and till date I have not recieved the amount.

I have contacted Ms. Vijaya the Sales Executive, she transfers the call to the accounts department and the phone either is disconnected or the account executive claims that she has joined the company two days back. I had the above experience repeatedly.

Then one day I managed to contact the General Manager Mr. Sharma, he is the most unprofessional person I have come across.

He now claims that he had not promised to pay the amount to me and I should contact the sales executive. I feel cheated. And I sincerely advice people that they should consider twice before buying from Kundan Hyundai.
