I10 Breaking system and resolution

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Hyundai - i10 car on Nov and i met with accident twice between nov to till date. Both happened on rainy season and the maximum speed i went was around 40kmph to 45kmph. In case if i apply sudden break in normal road with normal speed the car slipped and move towards left or right side. Is this a general problem with i10 which all customers facing? I approached hyundai show room and technicians explained abt i10 breaking system (bla bla..) but my problem is not solved and what would be the resolution for this.

I also would like to have some senior contact person in sales /customer care division so that i can explain him in detail.
