Dear sir,
I have purchased Hyundai i-10 Era car on 30.03.2009 from Oja Hyundai at Guwahati. within 2 months of delivery of the car, the vehicle started giving problem, that fan of the car started moving for more than 20/30 minuites. I have visited local Oja Hyundai on 21 st June, 25 th June & 28 th June for rectification of the newly purchased car. On first 2 days I was told that there was no problem what so ever, but it again started giving same problem & on 28 th June they told me that they have giving the same problem ie fan for cooling was running more than the requisite time. on 29 th October the fan moved for half an hour and it still continuues to move. Finding no other alternative i have to switch off the car. Today on 31ST October I have given the vehicle to nearest company ie Saraighat Hyundai Comany (Newly opened) at Adabari, Guwahati. After checking for 4hours, Service Engineer Mr. Gogoi told me that they have checked it through Comuter, and they found it ok. I insisted on test driving, on test driving they themselves found that the fan is moving for more than 30 Mins and they were unable to stop it and requested me to drop the vehicle for recheking for tomorrow. In a nut shell they have never able locate the fault and giving me false assurance and thus purchasing new i 10 Era car i was let to suffer for myself. I am horribly depressed by incapable service rendered by the company. So I request you to exchange the vehicle, and provide me a new car as the problem seems to be out of their reach and knowledge of so called Engineer of the company. I am in noway like contnue this suffering with the condemned car provided to me. I understand that you will feel the destitution which Ifeel by purchasing a condemned car. SO PLEASE DO SOMETHING POSITIVE.
