False promises for i20 car delivery

I booked an i20 magna car from Sharayu Motors, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai on 19th sept 09. They took the downpayment of 1, 40, 000/- promising the delivery within 25 days but till date havent received any feedback. the sales executive named Sohail just gives further dates stating company issues for the delay. Worst part is that i have already received a message from finance company asking for monthly instalment, without the delivery being made.

I am a media person and going to take up this matter and teach these people a lesson.
