I have booked Hyundai i10 Era 1.1, colour Deep Ocen Blue with A-1 Hyundai Mumbai, India on 26th Aug. 2008.Entire payment was done by 30th Aug and i was promise to deliver the vehicle within 15 days time.

Now, since it is close to a month, but I have not received delivery of the vehicle.By making phone calls to A-1 Hyundai, i am not getting any positive reply from them & they are just making false promises. When I visited them on 19th Sept, 08 they said that they do not have stock of my require color vehicle & it will take another 3 week time to deliver the car. I was shocked by their reply. I have never expected this kind of harassment from company like Hyundai Motors or its dealer. They should have inform this to me at the time of booking. (This is a kind of cheating)

Further, they are telling me if you want car urgently, you take megna model by paying Rs. 25000/- extra. Why the hell should I pay Rs. 25000/- extra, to get higher model. After all its my hard earn money. This is first time in my life i am buying a new car & also very soon my daughter is getting married, due to which I wanted this car desperately on time.

I am very disappoint with Hyundai Motor services & feel like i have been cheated by Hyundai motor & its dealer by making false delivery promise.
