Manufacturing Defect

I bought Hyundai I-10 in the month of July in July just after 1 year my vehicle odometer reading around 9, 000 kms, I went for routing service and complaint of some un-usual noise in the car.

To my surprise that was a fault detected in the engine and now they have dismantle the entire engine for repairing & overhauling.

I approached Hyundai requesting them to take this matter seriousely and replace the engine as I am no longer interested in taking the repaired engine.

But as usual they didn't responded at all, and I feel cheated.
