No change part in warranty

Dear sir, i purchased hyundai verna crdi dt.06/12 from hyundai motor plaza (delhi) & extend my car warrranty for third year by giving 10000/-rs.apporx.my complaint is that my car head light is leak & dust come inside this assy.i visit hmp for this complaint but they said we cannot change this light in warranty &you will pay for this.please solve my problum.
