Poor fuel mileage

I have been always getting my car serviced through authorised Hyundai service centre, Rama hyundai, Vasant kunj, Delhi. When i had originally purchased the car i got avg 14.5 KMPL which was OK. About a year back after servicing i had running problem. I had to take my car twice to Rama Hyundai after which the problem was corrected by i continue to get low mileage approx 10/11 Kmpl. I got last servicing done through another Hyundai service centre Raj Super Service Station, Moti Bagh, Delhi but the problem persists.

I earlier got company fuel but have retired on 30sept and hence car operational cost is a major expenditure. Could you kindly help or guide where i should take the car for check up and remedial action
