Vibrations have increased a lot since the first service which makes driving very uncomfortable

Dear Sir;

My car i10 which is a product of the hyundai motors has been giving me all sorts of troubles since i bought it. Everything was fine until the first service but since then the vibrations have increased to a great extent i often suffer lack of concentration while driving my car and severe headaches after long drives. I've got to say that I am very unhappy by the choice i made. I have been complaining it to the concerned authorities here but there is absolutely no response from them. I took my car to your service centre, the service guys there had a look into it and said there are no vibrations in the car but i am not at all convinced with them. The other staff here are too just busy too to respond I am sorry to say but your customer satisfaction policy appears to be a joke. There has been no response by the authorities watsover.

I bought my car from the hyundai motors showroom which is located at Shahnajaf road, Lucknow on 6th January.
