Spare Parts Not Available

I had purchased one Hyundai Sonata Embera in January. This is one of the top end products provided by HMIL and supposed to be its pride.

Unfortunately my vehicle is standing since 29th April for a repair but till date I have not recieved the vehicle since the spare parts are not available. The company does not have the spare available anywhere in India.

HMIL claiming to be such a big company but having no supply for the best car they produce is shocking, the proof of very poor customer service and poor supply chain system.
