Hyundai Motors India/ Santro CNG Car
RC of Car Not Received even after 8 months of Purchase

I bought my Santro Car (Company Fited CNG) fro Authorised Dealer (Suhrit New Delhi) of Hyundai Motors India of Jun. Till Today even after 8 months I have not received my RC (complete in all respects) from the company. I have informed the company Ofiicials and the Car Dealer Ofiicials. It still is not resolved. I blame the company because we put our faith in the company that they will make all dealers work properly. It seems that the company is not taking responsibilities for faults of their authorised dealers and their dealer network seems improper. I request the Senior Company Officials to look into the matter and resolve the issue as early as possible. In case the car gets stolen the insurance claim will get invalid and the entire money shall have to be paid by Company.
