I have a brand new verna crdi SX ABS which I bought from Hyndai Novelty Pathankot, but the services and the efforts made by the the agency staff was really very very bad. i had to literally run from post to pillar in order to get the car ready for delivery with little reponse from sales executives in absence of any managers. Most of the stuff/accessoties were missing and over and above that I did not recieve any Invoice until now. I got the delivery on 3rd May and its 14th may today and that is without Invoice!!

On delivery the car was dirty from inside and no effort was made to ensure that the car is delivered clean. The behaviour of sales reps have been absolutely ir-responsible and carefree.

This is not the first time I experienced this behaviour, the same things happened when I took delivery of my Santro Zing few months back. It was delivered with dented door. I was delivered the car as it was and told that during first service complete door would be changed but again that was a big lie and refused to change the door and came up with different story.

Even I loged a complaint in the complaint register and little has been done to improve anything.

Its high time something is done and some action is taken against Hyundai Novelty Pathankot / Amritsar.

Brilliant product VERNA, but terrible service.

HMIL should take note, car is as good as the service eventually.
