Service causing `harassment', mental agony, depression due to their `ill-Courtesy, Not good behavior, ill-attitude & non-professionalism

Dear Sirs,

A). My name is `Virinder Dewan (M-63)' and the RC of the Product, mentioned above, is in the Name of my wife. I drove down the subject car for getting the genuine repairs & servicing to the subject Complained `branch' of the Company, as detailed below in my mail to "cr@hmil.net", Pl.:

Dear Sirs,

This is to inform you that the `management of the affairs', at the `Fx Hyundai, Plot No 38, Delhi Mathura Road, Adj. to Bata - Toll Bridge Faridabad-110002', are very poor, as is evident from the `under mentioned happenings':

1. Drove down the `subject car No. HR 51 E 4747', to your above mentioned Service center, at around 1200 hrs for certain repairs and that for servicing;

2. the car was admitted immediately for the job and the `Job card', was reportedly made (After verifying the original RC book), at 1210 hrs (Details may be corroborated, from your end, Pl.); I was asked to wait for 05 Minutes for the Supervisor Mr. Patiyyal (Or Mr. Katyal). But despite recalling them to send the `Supervisor', at the `interval of every 05 Minutes (Since waiting near the car `under the Sun & Heat), `No-One had turned-up' up to 35 minutes. There was an `Officer' (Looks like), roaming near the Gate, whom I contacted, with a request to direct the concerned `Supervisor' (Twice), to take charge of the Car (For diagnosing the specific problems & to take up servicing as per the `job-card). He then pointed out to Mr. Patyal for me to contact him (Rather than directing him after > 45 Minutes of my (Car) admission;

3. Nevertheless I made a request to Mr. Patyal, to examine my car and take charge. He was looking confused and lost with some customers (Known personally to him-it seems) & did not bother about my repeated requests for another 15 minutes;

4. Disgusted with the attitude of `the Service Managers', at the `Sales & Service Center' even after > 01 hour of the precious Time of your `Prospective Customer' (Buying a new Car, too), I requested for the cancellation of the Job-Card, and the release of my car. Some other Person did come to offer his services, which I did not accept > 75 Minutes;

Pl. let me know, as to how will u compensate for my Time & the `Mental Agony' on the above mentioned (Since we have never had such problem anywhere, else) & what controls the Head-Office of M/s Hyundai will be applied, on the concerned Service center;

B). In view of the above, could I request `your forum', to take a `stock of the incident' and to arrange `mending' their ways, to avoid further `harassment' to me and to other customers (Independent of their personnel relations, of the age, Especially to those above `60', standing in the Sun & Sultry heat, for a long, that too without any Futility), in providing `Service with better Courtesy/ behavior/ attitude/ professionalism!!
