Hyundai Santro Car
ACnot working since day one

Dear Sir

I bought a Hyundai Santro car in Dec from Safdarjung Hyundai, Gurgaon with registration no HR26AN 7597.First of all they gave me wrong registration no (HR 26AN 7498) which I was driving for around 1 month and then they corrected it.

Since the day Air conditioner is not working at all It has gone to their workshop 5 times to get the AC repaired.

Two out of five times they have kept the car for the whole day and even after that they couldnt rectify the fault.

Moreover now they are even not listening to the phone calls and everytime we call them they say it will be done. I have not bought Hyundai car for such a mental harrasment.

Not only the AC they had put a faulty steering (dont know the exact part name) since day one and it was also at that time AC was repaired.

So it is kindly requested to Hyundai to return me my 100% money to save me from this harrasment.
