Poor Post sales support

I bought a Hyundai 15" HY15F01 colour television from Next, Kamlanagar, Delhi on 10/04.At the time of delivery, the remote control of the television was found missing. I was assured that i would be given the remote in a couple of days.however till date, nothing has happened. The company guys say its showroom's fault while the showroom guys say its company's fault.
