Clutch noise in low rpm

I started to hear noise when my vehicle was running in Low RPM. I showed same to Hyundai service center at Mysore. They inspected vehicle and told it is due to clutch assembly problem. They replaced total unit with charging any thing as my vehicle was under warranty and ran only 24000kms. When I consulted with other Tucson owners of Mysore they told this problem will repeat again for every 20000kms as it is design problem. They I wrote letter to ‘cr@hmil.net’ that if the same problem arises in future are your company going replace clutch assembly free of cost even if my car is out of warranty period. Some on called me from Chennai he told if problem arises they will look after.

As expected problem repeated again for 42000kms. I again wrote email ‘cr@hmil.net’ but I surprised by their answer that they are going to pay only 50% of the total cost of clutch assembly. I sent one more letter to them that they don’t have to pay single paise and I will pay entire amount if and only if ‘I want written assurance letter from company that this complaint won’t repeat in future’. For this letter they said no assurance can be given for variable parts.

I know 3 Tucson owner from Mysore city how are facing same problem in their vehicle. I can prove this is due problem but company is not ready to accept this.

So I want go to consumer court along with 3 other Tucson owners to solve my problem
