Old car exchange offe

As per instruction of the dealer on purchase of new hyundai verna car in exchange of our old car,

Dealer promised to pay back us Rs 20000/- .

We have complained many time (hyundai complain no. 1-21309186) but we have never ever recived

any reply for our complain & not received the amount back as promised by hyundai.
