Excess delay in date for delivery of Vehicle

Hello Sir,

I have booked a Hyundai i-20 on 13-2 with KC Hyundai dealer Jammu and made the Booking amount of 30000/- for the vehicle as dealers promised to provide the vehicle in 1 and half months timeline but still as on date there is no confirmation for the delivery date and also their reply is not feasible as all the times they are giving new deadlines for the vehicle telling me ur vehicle is on top priority.

I need consumer affairs help for the same so that I can get the timeline for the delivery of the vehicle as I have taken a loan from bank and have to pay the interest of the amount for vehicle which is yet not delivered to me.

Please help me in getting my request processed and if the timeline is not feasible to me then i can further take other steps for taking my money back from the dealer. Also find attached reciept of booking amount.
