I 10 hyundai sports model car
BONUS REFUND NOT RECEIVED

Dear sir

I mrs gita dhir bought a i10 sports on 17-02 , registration no. UK 07X7943 car from OBEROI devbhumi automobiles pvt ltd dehradun by exchanging my old hyundai santro cs e-11, no. dl- 9c-a-9455. I was told my exchange bonus (of Rs. 10, 000/-) will be given by july. I have not received any cheque till date.

Despite logging complaints with Hyundai call centre in I have not received in reply.in sept then again in october I complained to the manager mr prohit of devbhumi automobiles hyundai, he has assursed me that all my papers and documents are valid and clear and all o.k. have been sent for processing.then still again I have got only excuses and not the cheque.

I spoke to customer care head (may be Mr. Ahmed) in Mathura road head office, he assured me that the matter will be checked into and service provided, but no result.

will be grateful if the cheque be sent to me at the earliest.
