Cant log into my Internet account

Whenever I log into my registered account into Airtel, I always get stuck with the form filling in the beginning.

SO cant access my airtel number account, hence cant see details of my account.

I hv been suffering from day one I took this number, its almost one year now.

I hv been sending them mails, no response frm them, customer care executives dont understand what i say.

I've sent attached snapshot of my prob, prob is from there side, not frm mine.

In the end AirTel sucks...
