Wrong deduction of payment of 3200 Rs though the transection was declined by the ATM

SUB: WRONG DEDUCTION OF 3200 RS FOR AXIS BANK A/C NO 160010100181143

Sir,

1. with your humble permission I want to state few lines for your consideration and favourable action.

2. I am an saving A/C holder with axis bank (A/C No. 160010100181143).

3. On 05 Jun 09 I used PNB ATM at New Friends Colony New Delhi (ATM ID-N 1150900) to withdraw an amount of 3200 Rs with my Axis Bank ATM Card. But the transection was declined by the ATM Machine (Response Code 072) Txn No. 8562.

4. But when I used another ATM (IDBI Bank) to take out money then I came to know that the requisite amount of 3200 RS was deducted from my account. Whereas I did not get that amount.

5. I have already made a complaint with Axis Bank through cust. care my reques no. is 9000952 dt 05 Jun 09.

6. Sir my request to you is that kindly short out the matter as soon as possilble so that I can avail my valuable money which is very much needed by me.
