Amount debited from account

Sir,

I am a account holder of SBB&J Bank, Air Force Suratgarh branch (Rajasthan) SB A/C No-61010767392. I wanted to draw Rs 1000/ form Axis Bank ATM loacated at Air force Station Suratgarh (ATM Code- SIAC1848) on 10 Aug 09 (transaction No-1605 but Amount could not drawn from ATM.Amount was debited from my Account. I visited to SBB&J Branch to lodge the complain. I filled a ATM complain which was faxed by the Bank Manager to main branch Mumbai. Aount has not been refunded to my account till date. Pleas help me.
