PROLONGED OUTSTANDING QUERRY FOR NO RESPONSE

Dear Sir/Madam,

After sending a number of e mails to and subsequentely with repeated intimations of the matter to your office THE OUTPUT IS ZERO, May I know whether any body is taking actions on these lodged complaints or not?

So far my issue is not materealised and more than 02 months have passed.

If no body is available to decide and take actions for the compalints lodged, then this site is useless for customers.
