Land line not working

I reside in D-241, Ramprastha Colony, Ghaziabad and my land line number of BSNL is 0120-2629526.

I have made complaint last week and my complaint number is 146. But I am sorry to say that so far no bady has bothered to rectify this. Please look into this otherwise dont charge rent for this period.
