Not able to reach PF phone office phone numbers

Hi

I am an EX IBM employee and my PF claims have reached PF office bangalore on 1st September. I havent received my PF ammount till date neither i have any communication regarding my status of claim from PF office. When i try to contact them on the phone numbers given online, the line is either busy or nobody responds..I have been trying the numbers for the last 5 days but no result. Can somebody help me in getting my claims?
