I would like raise a formal complaint against below listed employee’s of Bharti Airtel,

1) Mohd. Islam at 9958596184 – Claimed to be part of Airtel billing team-(Total fraud person)

2) Kamal - Claimed to be a supervisor to Mohd. Islam at 9958596184

3) Mr. Pranav Gupta - Claimed to be a floor manager at the CRM – Need to have some personal responsibility towards each customer..

4) Naveen - Claimed to be a floor supervisor at the CRM – Need to have some personal responsibility towards each customer and should learn how to stand on the commitment given to a customer...

5) Pawan - Claimed to be a floor supervisor at the CRM – Need to have some personal responsibility towards each customer and should learn how to stand on the commitment given to a customers’

...

I believe Bharti needs to spread a common value in each employee... This is some personal responsibility towards each customer!!! And should learn how to stand on the commitment given to a customers’
