PF withdrawl

Hi

I resigned from IBM in June. Now for PF withdrawl, IBM sent the forms to PF office. PF office says that they send the forms to IBM for clarification in july and have not got it back.

Whereas IBM is saying that they have send the forms back to PF office on 12/09.

Now please help me in this regard so that I can get my PF withdrawl.
