IBM India is Cheat

IBM India is a BIG Cheat hub. I worked there for nearly 2years 6months. I was given worse perfomance rating two times. First time although I didn't accept it, my manager had locked it (Cheating). Second time I was given based on my 1st times rating so funny. Never was I informed that this will affect my job.

Ultimately one fine day my manager calls and says I have to put my papers based on the perfomance. The same was initiated by very own Project Manager and carried on by HR.

I was significantly HARASSED, demoralised to put my papers. In fact the HR and BP Manager sat next to me till I put my papers. I am ashamed of the 18months of PL less toil I did in IBM.

Curse you IBM...
