REGARDING RECHARGE THROUGH ICICI BANK NET TRANCFER

My name is Abhijit atmaram jadhav. My cell number is 9870426805. I had tried 2 refill Rs. 50 on my prepaid mobile through the icicibank website on 13/05.. but it was not debeted on my mobile account. I have one more number that is 9870426705.on that number alos i had recharge through my icici accout but in that case also it was not debeted. I had tried so many times to recharge through icici account but it was credected from my account. I am realy dispoint from your services & now i am realy frustreted because two times my 20 rs. balance was vanish without any confirmation. It was not about money but the frustration i have got that is very painfull. I am using this no from last 1 years.but now I will not prefer anybody to take BPL number. I need some action or else i will log a complaint to cunsumer court... replay fast
