Cheated by idea customer care n miss leaded by those supervision authority of idea

Respected sir am usin idea no fr long back am really wit ur idea service n plans but fr last 5days am sufferin lik anythin fr ur customer care ppl... i didnt send request to change ma plan r tarrif but it automatically got changed even i enquired in c.c i didnt got any good kind of response n even those supervision authority als not showin much interest towards our problems really i felt so bad abu it... n am really am in need of ma plan..:plz look over its sir...
