Not received my PF yet

Its been a year and I have not received my PF amount yet. I have resigned from the organization for personal reasons, but its been a year and have not received my PF amount. I am unable to close my account as I have not received my PF. Kindly take some action on it. My PF number would be PF: KN/BN/19214/48733. As per my previous company they had already processed my forms and filed the papers with the PF office for Settlement on 28/04.If I do not get any response within1-2 weeks I need to report the issue to the Prime Minister grievance cell.
