Passport not being dispatched on the mentioned time and bad response from passport office

Hello sir/ma'am,

This is to state that I am in a great need of passport.

I have yet not received my passport that was supposed to get dispatched by october 4th.after october 4th the status was "passport will be dispatched in a weeks time".

I dont know how many days are there in a week according to them. Now from today the status says "It will be dispatched by 15-12-08". I am still not sure whether December 15th will come or not.

One more thing I called them @06122210944 and they dropped the call in between and after that perhaps they have removed the receiver.

Hope you will do needful and will inform me at the earliest.
