IBM INDIA PVT LTD is cheating the employees left and right... i worked with IBM for about 5 years and left this Jan, as per the IBM Policy employess worked till 31th Dcember is elligbe for Performance Bonus and GDP... but now they are telling Based on various parameters and IBM performance guidelines, IBM decided not to give any GDP and Performance Bonus... its Employeee money and how come IBM can deside on employee money...
IBM Got no Ethics and Moral Values ….it cheats both its clients and its employees…..
