Not recieved PAN card

Sir,

With due respect I am informing you that I have not recieved my PAN card yet. My PAN no is AVQPM6603A. Acknowledgement no is 071940107262030.

My contact address was given as:

C/o- D.S. Reddy

23/95, 1st Main Road

Mangalanagar, Porur

Chennai-600116

But I was told that my address was wrong thats why my PAN card was returned back. I am in trouble now for not having the PAN card. I may have to be transfered to Bangalore also. In this circumstances please take a immediate step so that I can get my PAN card soon.
