Gave a disk drive which is not of the same company

Hi,

I took a lenovo desktop 6 months ago and the dealer from which i took that is not giving me a proper care for my problems with the desktop. My disk drive damaged within 1 month of my purchase and then the consumer gave me a drive of an another company and that also in a non working condition. Moreover he is giving ridiculous answers to all my questions and doesn't even care to any of my problems

SO I PLEASE REQUEST YOU TO TAKE SOME SPECIAL ACTION AGAINST HIM OR ELSE I AM GOING TO FILE A COURT CASE AGAINST HIM FOR HIS MIS CONDUCT.
