I have a laptop of ibm r52 from last 2yr .now my motherboard is becomming workless i tried either repair or

new for it with ibm staffs in india but their email and telephone is not remarkable for me since last 4month

so ithink it is the worst company according to custmer dissatisfication andservice.

i think i wii take legal action against ibm if i can't recive any remarkable suggestion in recent as soon as possible as my mca project is on january 1st week
