PETROL PUMP FRAUD

I had experienced a fruad at a IBP petrol pump (Premier service station)

which is at Adugodi, next to Mico factory, Hosur rd, Bangalore.

When i asked to fill in petrol for Rs 500 for my car, he filled it for Rs100 and said

done, Then I said Boss i asked for 500 the he acts as resetting the meter and fills in

for 400 and then says he filled it for 100 400 wherein acutally he would fill for 300.

Its not only with me i have seen on the other forums on web where lot of people

are undergoing this problem. Its been a practise for them. Can a action been taken to stop this act. I tried calling him back after i reached home but they denied to accept.
