Salary not cleared from lust two months

Dear Consumer forum, my name is Samrat Dutta and I am hare to know that I am working with an educational Pvt. Institute from last 4 years but till that period we are not getting our appointment latter. Now just on last 30th April leave that job with appropriate resignation latter and acceptance copy of resignation latter. Now i hare that every one is getting salary in which brach i have for last 2 years working except me. Now i am located at pune for my new job so i have called them up but now they don't pickup my call and give me an kind respond where as i have send them a mail to HR department and to the Vice President east region also. So please its my kind request to you that guide me what should I do in that condition because I need the money at urgent. Please please give me a quick reply.
