SERVICES NOT SATISFACTORY

Dear Consumer forum, Am a student of ICA Infotech Pvt. Ltd (Mehdipatnam branch), its now almost a month since i started asking for classes in the above institute.but it seems the person involved in allocation of classes isnt straight forward enough, everytime i ask for class he says it will start next week, now am tired of begging for my rights, i have paid full fees and i hav only 2 months before i leave 4 my country yet i still have 3 modules i have to clear. So please its my kind request to you that guide me what should I do in that condition because I need to clear these modules urgently.
