I'd taken admission for mba programme in this year batch 09, and paid 15000/-rs as regisration fees (pre mba classes fees) and also one installement of rs 33688/-, but as i came to know through an article published in Times of India dated 13th aug it was read as "No approval for ICFAI courses tells H.C." that means AITCE does not approve ICFAI university MBA & MCA courses. AITCE has banned 110 universities and the counter said ICFAI is the 73rd respondent in this case. so i decided to withdraw my admission from the course and demanded refund of fees. But after three months they have taken no admission and even the center where i took admission, concerned authorities gave me careless answers. so i'm planning to take legal action against this university. pls guide me on this.
