ICFAI HARASSMENT

Dear Sir,

I have enrolled for the MBA program in ICFAI on 29 May and paid an initial sum of Rs.10.000 along with 15 PDCs of Rs. 4700 each wherein the first PDC has already been honored and the second has been dishonored as I have cancelled the PDCs. I want to withdraw from the program as I am going through a huge financial crisis in my life due to loss of job and also because of the recent controversies going on against ICFAI university on their recognition which made me loose the trust on the university. I did not attend any of the classes conducted by ICFAI nor availed any services from them. I have sent an email to the university stating the reason for my withdrawal from the program but there was no positive response from them and instead they have sent three legal warning letters asking me to pay the complete fee and threatened to take a legal action against me. Please kindly help me on this issue.
