There is no response since 2 days

There is no resposnse since two days any time i am calling the network is not working they are responding.

My complaint is i loss my card last year i had given complant,

card is swapped for 11919/- but on 26.08.09 the amount is debited to my account @ 20867/- for that i am calling no one giving response.
